  • Students:- Are expected to engage respectfully with peers and instructors, follow course rules, and avoid disruptive behaviour in online or in-person classes.

  • Consequences:- Violations may result in disciplinary actions, including suspension or expulsion from the program.

Course Enrollment Policy

Policy:-

Enrollment in courses is open to individuals 18 years or older unless otherwise specified. Enrollment is subject to the availability of slots, adherence to prerequisites (if applicable), and completion of enrollment requirements.

Procedure

  • Application:– Students complete an online application form, providing accurate personal and contact information.

  • Prerequisites:- For intermediate and advanced courses, students may need to pass a placement test or have completed prerequisite courses.

  • Payment:-  Tuition fees must be paid at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been arranged.

  • Confirmation:-  Upon successful enrollment, students receive an email confirmation with course details, start dates, and access information.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

 KStock Learning offers a fair refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction, with terms that vary depending on the type and length of the course.

Procedure

  • Full Refunds:- If a student withdraws within 7 days of enrollment and before the course start date.

  • Partial Refunds:-  For withdrawals within the first week of a course, a partial refund (50%) may be granted.

  • No Refunds:-  No refunds are granted after the second week of a course, except in documented cases of medical or personal emergencies.

Attendance and Participation Policy

Regular attendance and participation are expected for the successful completion of all courses.

  • Attendance:- Students are required to attend at least 80% of classes to receive a certificate of completion.

  • Make-up Sessions:- If a student misses a class, they may access a recorded session (if available) or attend a designated make-up class.

  • Participation:-  Active participation in discussions, assignments, and assessments is encouraged to maximise learning outcomes.

Academic Integrity and Plagiarism Policy

Procedure

  • Identification:- Instances of plagiarism or dishonesty in assessments are identified and documented.
  • Consequences:- First-time offences result in a warning, and the student must redo the assignment. Repeat offences may lead to course suspension or dismissal.
  • Support: Students are encouraged to seek guidance from instructors to avoid unintentional plagiarism.

Assessment and Certification Policy

To earn a certificate of completion, students must meet attendance requirements, complete assignments, and pass final assessments.
